Sibbett Gregory’s Agency Department works across the industrial, office, retail, investment and development sectors with a superb range of retained clients. With ambitious plans for growth, we require a commercial agent to take a front line role within the team with excellent potential for career advancement.
The Role
The successful candidate will take responsibility for a wide-ranging instruction base working with a range of local, national and institutional clients.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Advising on sales, lettings and acquisitions.
- Devising and executing marketing strategies.
- Providing strategic asset management advice for retained client instructions.
- Advising on new development opportunities and design and build solutions.
- Maintaining and enhancing existing client relationships.
- Developing new instructions.
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell Sibbett Gregory’s services (Building Consultancy, Lease Advisory, Valuation & Energy Performance).
- Maintaining the firms professional and ethical standards.
Qualifications, Skills, Experience
The Candidate should ideally be RICS qualified (although this is not essential) with 2-5 years experience working within in a commercial agency environment. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and personable, with excellent communication skills.
Remuneration & Benefits
The successful candidate will receive:
- Competitive salary (dependant on experience).
