Further to our client successfully obtaining Planning Consent to erect 3 detached luxury dwellings on the site of an existing dwelling, the Sibbett Gregory Building Consultancy were appointed to prepare detailed Specifications of Works, and to competitively tender the project to several local contractors – using design drawings prepared by Union Architecture.
- The Building Consultancy department further accepted the role of Contract Administrator and Principal Designer (under the Construction, Design and Management (CDM) Regulations 2015) – supervising all building works through to Practical Completion.
- The project proved particularly challenging for the team, due to the client’s requirement for one of the dwellings to incorporate innovative methods of construction, in addition to the final finish specifications of each dwelling being tailored to suit the individual property purchasers. WN interiors were employed by the client to provide final finish specifications for each purchaser.
