Further to our client successfully obtaining Planning Consent to erect 3 detached luxury dwellings on the site of an existing dwelling, Sibbett Gregory were appointed to prepare detailed specifications of works, and to competitively tender the project to several local contractors – using design drawings prepared by Union Architecture.
- Sibbett Gregory further accepted the role of “Principal Designer” under the Construction, Design and Management (CDM) Regulations, and provided full Contract Administration / Project Supervision services – overseeing all building works to date.
- The project proved particularly challenging for the team, due to the client requirement for the project to be administrated under three separate JCT contracts – with the final finish specifications of each dwelling being tailored to suit the eventual property purchasers. WN interiors were employed by the client to provide final finish specifications for each dwelling.
- The project is due for completion in August 2018
