30 Tower Road, Canford Cliffs, Poole

Further to our client successfully obtaining Planning Consent to construct a block of 12 nr. Luxury Apartments on the site of an existing care home, the Sibbett Gregory Building Consultancy were appointed to act as Employers Agent – undertaking Contract Administration and Supervisory roles.

  • The original building was demolished as part of the works and a large excavation phase was undertaken to create basement parking for the residents, accessed via an automated car lift.
  • The building is of traditional construction comprising concrete floor slabs to each level, clad in a combination of brickwork, re-constituted stonework and a feature Tudor style timber cladding. Whilst the roof appears pitched from Tower Road, it is occupied by a recessed roof terrace providing additional amenity space.
  • As Employer’s agent, Sibbett Gregory Building Consultancy assisted the client with preparation of “Employers Requirements”, advised upon and administered the construction Contract, and provided Contract Administration services throughout the duration of the project.
  • Building work commenced October 2017 and was completed in August 2019
