Sibbett Gregory were appointed to advise upon alternative use potential of a former prime motor dealership site.

  • As the site no longer met the requirements of current dealerships, Sibbett Gregory advised on a division of the building to maximise rental return from alternative trade/retail uses.

 

  • Sibbett Gregory subsequently arranged lettings of parts to Howden Joinery and Original Style (tile retailer) with client retaining the remainder.

 

  • Sibbett Gregory’s building team advised on the division of the building including building control. The planning team obtained planning permission for change of use of part for retail use and for signage.  Sibbett Gregory EP advised on energy performance issues.
