Following our client’s successful Planning Consent for a new build development of 37 apartments on the site of a former Hotel in Durley Chine, Bournemouth, Sibbett Gregory Building Consultancy was appointed as Employer’s Agent, providing Contract Administration and Monitoring services.
- The building is constructed with traditional masonry, using high-quality materials that complement the architectural style of the West Cliff & Poole Hill Conservation Area. Each apartment features open-plan living, with many offering balconies.
- In the role of Employer’s Agent, Sibbett Gregory Building Consultancy assisted with the preparation of the “Employer’s Requirements”, managed and administered the construction contract, and provided Employer’s Agent and Monitoring services throughout the project’s lifecycle.
- Demolition began in November 2023, with project completion scheduled for 2025.
