Client: Dorset Healthcare University NHS Foundation Trust
The Professional Services Department were instructed by the NHS to provide an RICS Valuation in accordance with the Professional Standards in connection with their proposed purchase of the freehold.
- The property comprises a purpose built two storey Medical Centre less than 10 years old and constructed to a BREEAM ‘excellent’ rating
- Following a full inspection we were able to provide a formal valuation report detailing the market rent achievable and the market value assuming vacant possession in accordance with client’s requirements.
- Reinstatement costs for insurance were also provided with the assistance of our in-house building surveyors.
