Following our client’s successful Planning Consent for a conversion of an existing HMO into 5 Nr. Flats, and construction of 2 new build houses, and construction of a further new build block of 5 Apartments on the remaining site at Meyrick Park Crescent, Bournemouth, Sibbett Gregory Building Consultancy was appointed as Contract Administrator and Party Wall Surveyor, providing Contract Administration and Monitoring services, as well as Party wall services.
- The buildings are constructed with traditional masonry, using high-quality materials that complement the architectural style of the existing building on Meyrick Park and Talbot Woods Conservation Area.
- In the role of Contract Administrator, Sibbett Gregory Building Consultancy assisted with the preparation of the “Outline Specification”, managed and administered the construction contract, and provided Contract Administration and Monitoring services.
- Sibbett Gregory also acted as Party Wall Surveyor for the Building Owner, given the deep excavations and piling required in the vicinity of nearby properties
- Strip out began in March 2023, with project completion scheduled for 2025.
