As part of the ongoing redevelopment of Admiralty Park Industrial Estate (former M.O.D site), Sibbett Gregory was approached to specify, procure and project manage the refurbishment of a derelict cordite production building to form a new commercial unit for an incoming tenant.
- Works included: replacing the roof, doors and windows, relaying external hardstanding and forming an office space.
- The finishes included exposed trusses and brickwork walls to the warehouse with a redecorated office incorporating feature wall. Traditional sash windows have been installed to make this building a prominent feature on the Estate.
- Building work commenced April 2019 and was completed in July 2019
