Forest Gate Business Park, Ringwood
Client: Morrish Builders
Sibbett Gregory were appointed from the outset to assist in formulating a development strategy for this new 17 acre business park.
- Sibbett Gregory acted as planning consultant to obtain outline planning consent for the development including details of access.
- The agency team subsequently marketed the site to attract occupiers for bespoke development of individual plots. The development progressed through a partnership between Morrish Builders (land owner) and Jade Aden Services Limited (developer/contractor).
- Sibbett Gregory’s building team acted as employer’s agent for a specific office occupier in respect of a new three storey development.
- The entire development is now close to completion with occupiers including Eberspacher Colten, Comax, Lidl and Premier Inn.
