Sibbett Gregory acted alongside the client’s professional team to promote approx. 30 acres of green field land at Blandford for residential development through the North Dorset Local Plan.
- Sibbett Gregory’s planning department subsequently assisted with achieving outline planning consent for up to 350 dwellings and were involved with negotiations for a Section 106 Agreement.
- Sibbett Gregory’s agency department subsequently arranged the sale of the site with the benefit of outline planning consent to a National house builder.
