Following our client’s successful Planning Consent to convert and extend a large residential property known as “Middle Chine Manor” on West Overcliff Drive, Bournemouth into 8 luxury Apartments and 2 houses, Sibbett Gregory Building Consultancy was appointed as Employer’s Agent, providing Contract Administration and Monitoring services.
- The building is being converted and extended to a high standard, using high-quality materials that complement the architectural style of the existing building and the West Overcliff Drive Conservation Area.
- In the role of Employer’s Agent, Sibbett Gregory Building Consultancy assisted with the preparation of the “Employer’s Requirements”, managed and administered the construction contract, and provided Employer’s Agent and Monitoring services throughout the project’s lifecycle.
- Strip-out works began in January 2024, with project completion scheduled for mid 2025.
