Parkway House, Bournemouth

Sibbett Gregory advised on the letting, asset management and subsequent investment sale of a substantial mixed use building in Bournemouth Town Centre.

  • Parkway House is a mixed office and retail building located in Bournemouth Town Centre extending to c. 44,000 sq ft.


  • Over a period of years, Sibbett Gregory has re-let each part of the building to various good quality tenants. The current line-up of occupiers includes Neptune Furniture, Bright Blue Day, DJS, Bennington Green and Amuzoo.


  • Following completion of the last office letting, Sibbett Gregory were subsequently asked to advise on a potential disposal of the long leasehold investment.


  • A direct approach was subsequently made to the freeholder of the site (Bournemouth Borough Council). Following a period of negotiation, terms were agreed to sell the investment in an off-market transaction.
