Client: Bracken Group
Acting on behalf of Bracken Group (the freehold owner and developer), Sibbett Gregory negotiated a pre-let agreement for a major new Audi dealership on a prime four acre site in Poole.
- Sibbett Gregory acted as employer’s representative on behalf of the developer to advise on all aspects of the build contract.
- Following practical completion of the development and completion of the lease, Sibbett Gregory acted on behalf of Bracken Group to sell the completed investment to a major pension fund.
- The sale completed in 2018.
