Further to our client successfully obtaining Planning Consent to construct a block of 36 nr. Apartments on the site of an existing office block, Sibbett Gregory Building Consultancy were appointed to act as Employer Agent – undertaking Contract Administration and Supervisory roles.
- The building is of timber frame construction clad in both rendered carrier board and brick-slip panel cladding. Each flat benefits from balconies and open plan living space.
- As Employer’s agent, Sibbett Gregory Building Consultancy assisted the client with preparation of “Employers Requirements”, advised upon and administered the construction Contract, and provided Contract Administration services throughout the duration of the project.
- Building work commenced September 2017 and was completed in September 2019.
