- With a substantial amount of town centre office stock lost to residential conversion, Telephone House provided a much needed opportunity for tenants to occupy modern office accommodation in Bournemouth town centre with good on-site parking provision.
- A comprehensive marketing campaign was undertaken alongside our joint agents, Goadsby.
- Lettings have subsequently been completed on suites ranging from 2,845 sq ft up to whole floors of 7,262 sq ft, with a variety of good quality tenants.
