23,422 sq ft Industrial Unit Let at Mannings Heath, Poole

Acting on behalf of a private landlord, Sibbett Gregory have recently concluded the letting of Unit L, The Fulcrum, Mannings Heath, Poole.  Vail Williams acted on behalf of Void Acoustics Research Limited in signing a 10 year lease on the 23,422 sq ft warehouse and first floor offices.
