Canford Cliffs Letting Agreed With Minimal Void Period

Following the previous tenant serving notice to vacate, Sibbett Gregory’s Agency Department were recently instructed to bring 11 Haven Road in Canford Cliffs Village to the market, on behalf of the Landlord. A letting was quickly agreed with Woodstock Property Law who took occupation within a week of the previous tenant vacating.

Sibbett Gregory’s Building Surveying department were also involved in negotiating the dilapidations on behalf of the Landlord and helped ensure a smooth transition for the incoming occupier.
