Finisterre Opens New Store in Ashley Cross

Acting on behalf of a private client, Sibbett Gregory have recently let the former St Peters School building in Ashley Cross, Poole to outdoor brand, Finisterre. The Grade II Listed building, which is located on Parr Street, dates back to 1833 and benefits from many attractive original features. In order to facilitate the letting, Sibbett Gregory also advised the Landlord on surrender terms for the previous tenant.
