Fireworks Return To Poole Harbour Boatshow
The Poole Harbour Boat Show returns for 2019 and Sibbett Gregory continue to sponsor spectacular fireworks alongside joint sponsors, Brittany Ferries. Displays will start at 21:45 on Friday 7th and Saturday 8th June.
The Poole Harbour Boat Show is an annual free event, organised by Poole Harbour Commissioners and takes place at Poole Quay Boat Haven. The event aims to get people ‘on the water’, particularly young people and features tall ships, celebrity style yachts and motor cruises. It will have around 200 exhibitors and more than 100 boats on the water.
Demonstrations from the RNLI and Poole Harbour Commissioners will give visitors an insight into their day-to-day work and the Newfoundland dogs will be performing a water rescue. Also on show are nightly firework displays and the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers will be performing a freefall parachute jump, landing directly in Poole Harbour.
Families are catered for with live music and entertainment, a picnic area and sandpit with buried treasure.
The show will open daily from 10am – 6pm, June 7- 9
