Acting on behalf of various private clients, Sibbett Gregory have completed both freehold and leasehold transactions at Slader Business Park, Nuffield Industrial Estate, Poole

Unit 6 comprised approximately 2,164 sq ft and was let to Bridge Electrical Ltd on a new 5 year lease where the quoting rent was £22,000 per annum.  This followed the sale of Unit 7, which was an end of terrace unit comprising 1,924 sq ft where the sale exceeded the asking price of £255,000.
