Multi Let Industrial Investment Sold in Poole.

Acting on behalf of a retained private client, Sibbett Gregory have recently sold Aztec Centre, a multi let industrial investment in Poole. The fully let investment is located on the Nuffield Industrial Estate and comprises 16 units ranging from 504 sq ft to 1,632 sq ft. Aztec Centre had been in the same ownership since it was developed in the early 1990’s. Bournemouth based Vail Williams acted on behalf of the purchasers.
