New Greggs Unit for Hamworthy

Sibbett Gregory have recently concluded a letting of Unit 1, Hamworthy Trade Centre to Greggs. The property, located adjacent to Kwik Fit and Lidl, occupies a prominent position adjacent to Blandford Road in Hamworthy.

Greggs continue to acquire new sites and are expected to open between 135 and 145 new stores in 2023. Vail Williams acted on behalf of the tenant.
