New Stony Lane Development
Acting on behalf of Penton Group, Sibbett Gregory were instructed as leasing agents for the new Stony Lane trade development. The site was completed in Q1 2021 comprising 4 warehouse units ranging from 4,527 to 6,693 sq ft.
On completion 3 units had been successfully negotiated to National occupiers, Tool Station, National Tyres and Triumph Motorcycles, setting record rents for the town.
We currently have one unit remaining, Unit 3 which is approximately 6,693 sq ft and comprises loading access door, aluminium glazed curtain walling, personnel entrance, parking and first floor ancillary mezzanine.
The development has been a great success and proven that there remains a strong demand for trade counter units.
