Prominent Quayside Property Let To City Cruises PLC

Acting on behalf of a private client, Sibbett Gregory have recently let the ground and first floor of Hennings Wharf, to City Cruises PLC.

Hennings Wharf is a grade 2 listed Victoria warehouse, located in prominent position on Poole Quay. The ground and first floor extends to c. 7,763 sq ft and was previously used a retail emporium & café.

City Cruises PLC are the biggest tour boat operator on the River Thames and in 2014 expanded their serviced to Poole, where they currently operate two vessels, offering cruises to Swanage, along the Jurassic Coast and around Poole Harbour. City Cruises will use Hennings Wharf as their base in Poole and will open a new café in the property – The Harbour Station Café – due to open at the end of July.
