Residential Development With Outline Planning Consent Sold

Sibbett Gregory has recently concluded a sale of 2 residential bungalows in Sturminster Marshall with outline planning consent.

The property comprised a pair of two bedroom semi-detached bungalows which occupy a combined overall site area of approx. 0.153 hectares (0.38 acres).

The site has outline planning permission to demolish the pair of bungalows and replace with 5 x 3 bedroom dwelling houses.  The site was bought by Karm Investments Ltd for an undisclosed sum.
