Acting on behalf of a private client, Sibbett Gregory has recently arranged the sale of an industrial investment at Robert Rose House, Elliott Road, Bournemouth.
The development comprises three units including a vacant unit of 5,750 sq ft with secure yard. The remaining two units are let to a local covenant.
The buyer is planning a refurbishment of the vacant unit prior to letting.
