Sibbett Gregory is excited to announce the launch of ‘Sibbett Gregory Licensed Property’, an alliance of the Sibbett Gregory Team and Simon Millar, formerly Estates Director at Ei Group (Enterprise Inns Plc).
South Coast based, but with a genuinely National reach, Simon specialises in Licensed Trade and Leisure property sales and agency, both freehold and leasehold, along with valuation and appraisal advice. Simon has a wealth of experience within this field and will personally handle all new instructions all the way from initial contact right through to conclusion.
