Sibbett Gregory Team Takes on the Jurassic Coast Ultra Challenge for Andy’s Army

11th March 2026

Members of the Sibbett Gregory team will be taking part in the Jurassic Coast Challenge 2026 on 16th May, raising funds for My Name’5 Doddie Foundation with Andy’s Army – a group of friends and family supporting Andy Vaughton, a Poole-based doctor who was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) four years ago.

Despite his diagnosis, Andy has continued to take on remarkable endurance challenges. His condition has progressed slowly, enabling him to remain active, and in 2025 he successfully completed the Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon. In 2026, Andy is preparing for an even greater test – the continuous 100km Jurassic Ultra Challenge.

Due to the loss of strength in his arms, Andy now relies on supportive slings when walking or running long distances, making the challenge significantly more demanding. Nevertheless, he remains determined to push forward and raise awareness and funds for vital research.

My Name’5 Doddie Foundation is also Sibbett Gregory’s chosen charity, supporting groundbreaking research aimed at finding effective treatments and ultimately a cure for Motor Neurone Disease.

Anne Brennan, Jayne Sharman, Mark Reynell, Michelle Merry and Sam Morgan will be tackling the 25km route, while Ali Knott will be going the extra mile by joining Andy for the full continuous 100km Jurassic Ultra Challenge.
