Steels Rising Fast at Bankes Heath Industrial Park in Bournemouth

Construction is moving at pace at the new Bankes Heath Industrial Park, being developed for Legal and General’s IPIF fund, with development management provided by Marick Real Estate. The new industrial scheme, located off Wallisdown Road in Bournemouth, will provide 6 new high specification industrial units ranging in size between 12,814 sq ft to 54,600 sq ft.

The new units are due to be completed by the end of 2025 and are designed to target carbon net zero, BREEAM Excellent and a target EPC rating of A.
