Substantial Town Centre Building Sold In Bournemouth

Acting on behalf of private clients, Sibbett Gregory have recently sold a unique, 4 storey building located in Bournemouth Town Centre.

The property comprised a former language school extending to some 13,910 sq ft. The building was originally constructed in 1902 for Mooring Aldridge Solicitors and retained many original features.
