Two Refurbished Industrial Units Let in Poole

Acting on behalf of Phoenix Life, Sibbett Gregory have recently concluded a letting of two adjoining units totalling 10,925 sq ft, at The Alpha Centre, Poole. Norrsken, a Poole based business specialising in high performance triple glazed windows, have taken new 10 year FRI leases of the properties.

The units have recently been fully refurbished by the landlord and upgraded to a modern specification and latest ESG standard. Sibbett Gregory’s Building Consultancy Department advised on the refurbishment which included replacement roofs & insulation, replacement windows, photovoltaic panels as well as upgrades such as EV charging points and LED lighting. The EPC rating was improved from a D to A rating, safeguarding the buildings with regards to future Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES).
