Anne is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer at Sibbett Gregory having joined the firm in 2017. Anne is a Director of the firm with responsibility for professional services and has over 20 years local experience, having moved to the area from London in 1996 as a graduate surveyor.
Anne specialises in all aspects of commercial valuation and professional work including Landlord and Tenant, Red Book valuations for lending institutions, charities, healthcare, public authorities pension funds, taxation and probate as well as educational establishments.
Anne lives locally with her husband and two teenage sons and can often be spotted at the edge of a sports pitch. Outside of work Anne spends time at the gym but prefers the great outdoors with most weekends spent on long hikes or short runs. She also enjoys trips to the theatre, good food and travel.
