Anne is a RICS-Registered Valuer and Director of Professional Services. Having joined the firm in 2017 and with over 25 years in the locality Anne has gained a vast wealth of regional knowledge within the commercial property.
Anne specialises in all aspects of commercial lease advisory for both landlord and tenant as well as commercial valuations for many sectors to include pension funds, property acquisition and disposal, company accounts, charities, healthcare, education, public authorities, taxation and probate. Anne can also provide Expert Witness advice for commercial disputes.
Anne lives locally with her family and outside of work spends most of her time outdoors, either by or in the sea, hiking across the Purbecks or more recently with a golf club in hand as well as fun weekends away with her sea dipping pals.
