Phillip Wright

A founding member of the firm, Phillip is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer and helped set up the company in 1992, having previously worked for Pepper Fox (Fox & Sons) and Alder King.

During a career spanning almost 50 years (!) Phillip has gained a wide experience in commercial property and specialises in landlord and tenant work together with valuations.

Now working as a Consultant to the firm, Phillip has become increasingly involved in the life of the Church he attends and enjoys spending more time with his wife and daughter. He also likes to get out on the water whenever the opportunity arises and is looking forward to taking up golf again.
