Simon is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer. He joined the Sibbett Gregory Team in Autumn 2020 following 22 years with Ei Group (Enterprise Inns Plc), latterly as Estates Director, a role which encompassed overall responsibility for the Group’s pubs and ancillary property asset disposal programme.
Simon specialises in licensed trade and leisure property agency, as well as providing valuation and appraisal advice.
Based on the Isle of Purbeck, outside of work Simon enjoys Coast Path walking, music and visiting pubs.
