Card Factory Open Second Poole Store

Sibbett Gregory have recently concluded a letting of 171-173 High Street, Poole to Card Factory.  Following on from their continued success this will be their second store in Poole.

The property occupies a prime trading position fronting the pedestrianised High Street, adjacent to the level crossing.

Sibbett Gregory acted on behalf of a local private client and advised on both the new letting and the dilapidations claim with the outgoing tenant.
