Sibbett Gregory have recently completed a significant letting of a 24,912 sq ft unit at Fleets Point Business Centre, Willis Way, Poole. The property, which comprises a mixture of warehouse and office accommodation is located in a superb position with a prominent frontage to Willis Way and adjacent to Fleets Lane, within the popular Fleets Industrial area of Poole.

Sibbett Gregory agreed a surrender of an existing lease, subject to a new lease completing simultaneously with a new occupier. The transaction was completed off market.
