Whilst the we all try to adapt to a dramatic shift in our daily lifestyle, the property related needs of our Clients, those we know and those we have yet to meet, are as ever at the forefront of our minds at Sibbett Gregory.

Compliance with Government Guidance is paramount and as a firm we continue to manage our working practices to ensure we are taking responsibility accordingly. Whilst the current restrictions inevitably do have an impact on going about some elements of our work we, like our Clients, adapt.

As a multi-disciplinary Practice, we continue to be able to provide a wide range of services including Commercial Agency, Lease renewals and negotiations, Planning and Building Consultancy services, all of which are very much business as usual wherever desk-top assessment and reporting is appropriate and acceptable to our Clients. Indeed, a number of our Clients are taking the current circumstances as an opportunity to address matters that have perhaps otherwise been side-lined in the past.
